Packing woes!!

I will be traveling to Europe for a year and I'm worrying if I have packed what I need..

This feeling can be a spiritual dilemma.. what is important and what is unimportant.. what do I need and what I cant live without... what I don't want to spend for and what I can afford..

My departure from manila is June 11, at 1230am. The day of my birthday! A great day to start something new.

Flying to Jordan.. then to Sweden!

Take note.. I'm staying in one of the coldest countries in Europe.. another consideration to my packing woes.

I've started to pack the ff on zip lock bags:
10 t-shirts
10 pairs of socks
1 small mixer (beringer 502)
phone charger (nokia)
kitchie nadal cds (love letter)
2 pajamas
1 pair of slippers
1 pair of boots
fdd controller (recording equipment c/o beringer)
ear muff
2 nice hats
toiletries (shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, toothbrush)
3 pairs of jeans
2 nice dresses
2 sweaters
1 leather jacket
1 pair of rubber shoes

I dont want to be overwieght.. 20 kgs max!!
I dont want want my luggage to be heavy too :(

The pre-departure is as important as the travel, I believe one must be ready. I have been praying for this opportunity to travel for years and i need to be discerning of the good works God has prepared for me in advance in Europe. Pls pray for me too!

the very first lesson I learned from a dear friend is that we must not worry of what we would lose in our life's necessities - because He promised that he would take care of us! I believe you have all the things that you needed to pack along with you - your heart, your mind filled with greatness, your words & most of all your faith! You know who to call or IM when the need for some flannel jammies or comfort socks... I am soooo glad that you and Kitchie are off to a new adventure! Maybe I can swing by to have some chocolates with you guys & we can enjoy some NY pizza here!
I'll be in touch!
Just want to let you know that your presence has not been forgotten....

Take care!

Law of Attraction

Law of Attraction-
There are many who are starting to get attracted to the Law of Attraction. With the top rating multi-million sales of the Secret and the many Self- help seminars like the Landmark Forum. I want to share my experience regarding this.

Here's a quote from...
Abraham: You did not come into this environment to create through action. Instead, your action is meant to be a way in which you enjoy what you have created through thought.
Esther Hicks

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he..proverbs 23:7

Ever since I remember I have always wanted a perfect life and I strive for perfection. I looked inside me and tried to change my heart from within.. I even attended self-help seminars and bought so many books. But my longing was deep.. so deep that people, knowledge and philosophies, etc cannot fill..

So I got outside help to fill the gap.. relationships, alcohol and even drugs to dull the deep need for significance and p…

It takes Faith to ENJOY

To all fellow workaholics and small spenders this entry is for you!

I am about to embark on a journey to the unknown.. I am going on Vacation!

Yes! I dont really go on vacations.. most of my trips are family organized, school activities, and of course work related! Meaning i dont really spend for it. These free vacations end up being fun but i guess it starts off as an obligation..

My travel starts off with a gig in the following places:
1. Hong Kong on December 16-18. Kitchie Nadal was booked to sing for Globe Telecom along with True Faith and Cesar Montano.
2. Leaving for Singapore Dec 18. I have 2 hours to arrive and get my new luggage for Singapore.
3. Dec 19 we play in Singapore for our Every Nation Church in 12 Riffles Bldg. This gig is fun because it will be our first time to perform with our Singaporean family.
4. Dec 20 fly to India Amistrar.. here comes my faith to enjoy..

As i have mentioned i go to organized paid by others vacation.. from December 20 2006 -January 8, 2006 it is a…

Luis L. Pantoja Jr. THD

I went to a memorial service for Pasto Luis Pantoja a commemorative Prayer meeting hosted by GCF-Peel. It was a touching event for I only met Pastor Luis once here in Canada during a church picnic last month. Its a pity I did not get to talk to him.

In the prayer meeting I heard so many funny, meaningful stories about this great man. A man greatly loved and for he loved much.

Epitaph for his cremated remains: "A handful of ashes now vaulted in this corner, with nothing to boast but grace from his maker"

I happen to read his Limericks..

Limericks on my life
by Luis Pantoja on Friday August 27, 2010 at 9:33pm

Limericks are short verses generally but not always funny. Here are some about my career

Once on fire, in a suit and tie
By the hand of God and the will of man

Now he's fired, in sackcloth retired
By the hand of man and the will of God

The Lord has given, He has taken away
I tread the path, He leads the way

Flip the new page, blank with no stain
God in my old ag…
